Delete your account
Free play creates no cloud account. If you created a purchase-backed account, you can request permanent deletion from the app or by email.
If you never purchased or restored
You normally have no Mayors cloud account to delete. Your administration, settings, and free progress stay on the phone. Use in-app reset controls, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove local data.
Delete from the app
- Open Mayors of the World while signed in.
- Open More → Privacy & Support.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Read the purchase and subscription notice, then confirm.
If that option is temporarily unavailable, use the email process below.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address connected to the account with the subject “Delete my Mayors account.” We may use a limited verification step to prevent someone else deleting your account.

Do not include Cabinet conversations, identification documents, purchase tokens, passwords, or payment-card details.

- account email and linked application sign-in identifier;
- cloud-saved administration and premium history that is not legally required;
- ordinary live Cabinet requests and responses associated with the account;
- deletable leaderboard profile and cloud projections;
- other deletable personal account records.
What may be retained
We may retain the minimum records needed for purchases, refunds, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, and proof that deletion was completed. Technical and security logs may remain for up to 90 days unless needed for an active investigation or law. Retained records are restricted and are not used to recreate your deleted game history.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting the account or app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it through Google Play to stop future renewals. Account deletion can remove Mayors access before the paid period ends, so review your subscription first.
