Your first day in office
Run the city before it runs you.
Mayors of the World is a hybrid-casual political satire game: quick enough for one crisis, deep enough for an entire administration.
1. Respond before the city does
A crisis arrives with a cinematic image, a short briefing, and a visible countdown. Tap Respond Now, compare three clear options, and decide. The result replaces the decision beneath the image so the cause and consequence stay visually connected.
One simulated month takes about five minutes. Play a single crisis, complete a month, or govern for an hour and move through a year.
2. Govern a real budget
Citizens, City Bank, City, and Heat keep the core readable. The optional Policy Dashboard reveals revenue, housing, transit, public safety, health, energy reliability, media pressure, and administrative capacity.
Tax policy affects revenue, investment, businesses, jobs, inequality, infrastructure pressure, and which crises become eligible. Running out of money is a political choice before it becomes a game-over screen.
3. Take counsel
The authored free game always provides three viable choices. Premium Cabinet access lets you pause, enter the advisor group, and propose your own policy. Advisors may disagree, reveal risks, or recommend a constrained implementation.
Live Cabinet responses can use automated language-model providers. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong; the simulation constrains them through budget, law, capacity, time, and the actual game rules.
4. See what you caused
Immediate results are only the first layer. Delayed consequences can arrive months later: businesses leave, donors return, corruption evidence accumulates, a project completes, or the tiger acquires legal representation.
Physical projects may reveal a before-and-after transformation. Terminal outcomes include election defeat, bankruptcy, resignation, investigation, and arrest.
5. Return for Daily Mayor
Daily Mayor is a compact five-crisis challenge with a shared seed. It creates a spoiler-safe result for sharing and direct friend challenges. Free results remain local; persistent public winner-list submission is reserved for eligible verified purchasers.
Players who enable notifications receive no more than one funny city reminder per day. Free reminders are selected and scheduled on the device.
6. Lose quickly. Restart instantly.
Arrest, bankruptcy, or political collapse ends the current administration—not the value you bought. Permanent unlocks, eligible historical status, unspent Civic Credits, and other account-level purchases survive a restart. A limited Continuity Voucher may protect value used immediately before a sudden ending.
